Scientific hotline service: Our team of veterinarians and
specialists are happy to assist with your result interpretation if
needed – both your results from your IDEXX in-clinic
analysers and from IDEXX Vet•Med•Lab.

For technical questions, please contact your local IDEXX
distributor, who has consultants and technical staff specially
trained by IDEXX for servicing all analysers in a timely and
professional manner.

Fast deliveries: Deliveries in most areas within 1 to 2
days.

FREE installation of analyser: Our qualified IDEXX
distributor consultant installs the analyser and provides you
and your staff with personal training, allowing you to take full
advantage of the instrument from day one.

Extended maintenance and support if needed: Our extended
maintenance agreement (EMA), which you can sign with your IDEXX
distributor for a 4 year time period, covers loaner or swap-out
instruments provided within 24-48 hours if needed. For more
information on our EMA, please contact your local IDEXX
distributor. If no EMA is signed for the instrument local
country standard warranty apply.
